Buskers are a visual phenomenon observed frequently at Edmonton LRT stations; specifically the Churchill station near Edmonton City Center based as the subject of our study. Audience reception of buskers is influenced by factors of context, connotative meanings, and ideologies, which establishes buskers as low culture and bad taste. The investigation of Buskers to support or refute our hypothesis will be documented by video.

Awesome work! I admire the honesty about riding the elevators in your apartments! I also do that. Hey, are you those asians who hum to the elevator song usually at 6pm on Fridays?
ReplyDeleteActually, you are right! We do enjoy riding the elevator at 6pm. Our favorite song to ride to is "Hey Mickey" by Toni Basil. You can listen to it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4CyNvEfWoE.
ReplyDelete"Hey Mickey you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind! Hey Mickey! Hey Mickey!"
